I see no reference to payment in your guidelines. Then again, I don’t see too well anymore.

That is because we do not discuss payment or royalties until a contract is offered. If you will take a look at other publishers you will see this is standard practice. Our payments are royalty percentage based. And while details are disclosed during the contracting stage, I can let you know that our rates are much higher than the industry standard for large publishing houses, and at/or slightly above industry standard for independent print and/or e-publishing companies on both our e-books and print books.
